The automatic pressure test system is used to test the pressure of the inner liner of LNG gas cylinders. The pressure test joint can seal the distribution head of the inner liner and introduce dry gas of about 3.2MPa. After maintaining the pressure for a period of time, after confirming that the product meets the requirements, remove the pressure in the product, remove the inner liner of the gas cylinder, and replace it with another group of gas cylinders.
02 Automatic pressure test system Equipment description
The system is divided into 2 groups, each group can be connected to 6 gas cylinders, and each group can fill part of the high-pressure gas that has completed the gas pressure test into the other group of gas cylinders to be tested. The high-pressure gas adopts manual switch. Pressure gauge: There are 4 pressure gauges, the unit is MPa; the range is 10MPa, and the accuracy is 1.6. Control system: The automatic pressure test system can be controlled manually, or it can automatically pressurize and record the pressure change curve according to the setressure. The system includes an overpressure alarm to ensure the safety of the pressure test process.
