02 Shearing machine Function introduction

• The frame adopts steel plate welding structure, hydraulic upper transmission, vibration to eliminate stress.
• Swing type tool post, return cylinder return stroke, and can steplessly adjust the stroke amount of upper tool post.
• There is a digital display for the size of the backgauge, and the gap between the upper and lower blades is adjusted by an indicator, which is convenient and quick to adjust, and is equipped with lighting.
• The front of the workbench is equipped with a protective grid, and the electrical box is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device for personal safety protection.
• It adopts integrated hydraulic system with overload protection function.
• The pressure foot can be adjusted within a certain range to prevent the workpiece from shifting during the cutting process.
