Technical requirement of roll forming machine:
The machine own beautiful shape, bule color.the material can keep smooth during forming process.the base of machine mounting adjusting bolt, which used to adjust the horizontal position. The base also is mounting hole for hoist. The control system can ensure the cut length error ≤±1.0mm.
During cuting, the cuting surface can not change and keep smooth. The forming bending deviation is about ± 0.5 mm. The forming angle deviation is ±1 degree. After finish forming, it should keep prototype and leveling.
