Solar water heater production line is special equipment for making solar water heaters, electric water heaters, air source, water barrels, etc. Solar water heater machine line includes pressurized and non-pressurized solar water heater production lines for different solar water heater customers. Solar water heater machines main producing process: inner tank solar water heater machinery line, outer tank solar water heater machinery line, dish cover making machine, polyurethane foaming machine, automatic packing and cleaning line, electrostatic spraying machine, etc.Equipment is made of steel plate, special steel and other materials after heat treatment and machining process, etc.

Specification

 The drive motor power is 2.2kw, the oven backup heating power is 40kw, and the total power is about 60kw. The temperature control area of the sintering room is set up in 4 zones with independent temperature control respectively. The temperature control range of the firing furnace is from room temperature to 880℃, and the normal production temperature is between 760℃ and 880℃. The sintering process time is 10-30 minutes, which varies according to the process requirements, workpiece size, weight and quota. The production capacity depends on the process, workpiece size, weight and employee skills. The furnace body is made of welded steel sections and steel plates, with expansion joints set in the structural frame to fully ensure the structural strength of the furnace body and control the deformation of the furnace body within the design value. The furnace body is made of welded steel sections and steel plates, and the sintering room is lined with refractory fiber modules. The side walls and lining of the sintering furnace are made of 1260 standard fully refractory fiber modules with low thermal inertia, which can realize flexible adjustment of furnace temperature and meet the requirements of rapid heating and cooling.
 
 
 

2.Air pressure automatic Inner tank strength machine

 It is equipped with a 2.2KW Shilin variable frequency motor and a 4# Guomao cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and the running speed of the suspension chain can be adjusted by frequency conversion according to the user's process requirements. The heat sealing plate on the top of the furnace is made of SUS321 stainless steel with a thickness of 3mm, which is pressed into a Z-shape to seal the hot gas in the furnace and reduce heat loss. The drying room is made of 8# channel steel welded structure, equipped with a 40kw heating box and a 7.5kw blower to deliver hot air for rapid drying, ensuring the stability of the enamel coating.

3.Automatic Outer Tank Cover Edge Cutting and Flanging Machine for Solar Powered Water Heater

 The insulation materials of the side walls and lining of the sintering furnace adopt 1260 standard fully refractory fiber modules with a bulk density of 230kg/m³, which are combined with refractory fiber blankets and stainless steel anchor fasteners. The refractory fiber modules do not produce obvious gaps affecting normal performance during use, and the design and material selection of the furnace lining generally ensure a normal service life of not less than 5 years.

     The firing chamber is of linear structure, with the size of L5360×W1000×H2350mm. The total length of the firing chain is about 100.8 meters, using GXF200 suspended conveyor chain with a pitch of 200mm.

Welding travel carriage parts: use 110V DC 24W permanent magnet servo motor as the tool of driven. By the two stage turbine vortex rod can reduce speed to obtain a smooth and continuously adjustable speed. The drive with arbitrarily adjustment of the welding torch can uniform arc movement. Before the formal welding, the welding torch is over welding seam 0.8-1.0mm, consistent with the level (can adjustable "adjusting bolt", carefully corrected, and tighten the lower mold).

Technical Specifications

Design of burner, radiation tube, and smoke tube 
The radiation tube is made of stainless steel 310S (2520) by centrifugal casting, with an outer diameter of 200mm and a thickness of 7mm. It is tightly welded with a casting elbow of the same material to form a P-shaped radiation tube. Eight sets in total are arranged on both sides of the firing chamber wall. The burner is equipped with eight Ebofire 3M10N590 P-type radiant tube heating systems, with a maximum power of 120kw per unit.

Low noise blowers and induced draft fans supply air to the radiation tube, while exhaust gas is discharged outdoors through side wall pipelines via induced draft fans.
 
This burner features complete combustion, high efficiency and energy saving performance. The high airflow velocity at the outlet after combustion helps reduce the temperature difference at both ends of the radiation tube, improving temperature uniformity inside the furnace and shortening the heating period.
 
It is equipped with high-voltage electronic direct ignition, and the ignition electrode can be easily disassembled and installed independently for maintenance and replacement. Flame detection relies on ion rod ionization technology, ensuring stable and reliable flame monitoring. The burner operates on the jet mixing principle, keeping air and gas separate before injection, enabling thorough mixing and rapid combustion to effectively prevent flame backfire.
