Straight seam welding (TIG Welding) is a very important part of the cylinder production line.
The welding process introduced by the company can weld stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials,This machine is not only good in processing quality, but also more labor-saving for welders.
1.Straight seam welding (TIG Welding) form: butt weld.
2.Straight seam welding (TIG Welding) process: PAW plasma (or PAW plasma + wire filler) welding process is used, and "99.999% argon" is selected as the plasma gas. Select "99.99% argon" as the shielding gas. For the cylinder plate thickness δ2.5-5.0mm, plasma single-sided welding and double-sided forming at one time. The movement of the welding gun is coordinated by a stable DC motor, linear guide rail, and mechanical transposition, and the welding process is automatically completed through electrical control.
