Description
The cleaning machine is a fully automatic cleaning equipment. The cleaning process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) microcomputer. It is made of 1 set of ultrasonic cleaning tank made of 304 stainless steel, 1 set of spray rinsing tank made of 304 stainless steel, and 1 set A continuous working cleaning system composed of a liquid storage tank and a set of hot-air cutting water tanks. The gas cylinders are automatically transported by the conveyor line to the cleaning feed inlet, and the gantry single-arm manipulator automatically grabs the gas cylinders and sends them to each process section in turn, and performs multi-level cleaning processing on the gas cylinder workpieces, and the gas cylinders to be cleaned are automatically grabbed And place the conveyor line to realize the functions of automatic cleaning and automatic loading and unloading.
