5T simple feeding machine
The feeding machine using umbrella type rack cantilever suitable for different size of steel material and convenient loading and unloading.
The feeder is passive feeding,and the linear speed is synchronous with the change of the host.
Main machine frame
The frame using 36# hot rolled I-beam, the each one meters frame weld the reinforcement plate. the surface of I-beam weld the supporting plate and connect with wallboard.The design of the frame using a lot of steel, it made the frame become more strong and not easy deformation.
The machine frame have lifting device,it's safe and reliable for shipment and doesn't affect the operation.
Roll
1)Roll material using CR15 forged bearing steel
2)The design of the roll steel is using the horizontal roller and vertical roller cross-use. The structure eliminate the injury of the material,and it suitable for the produce of galvanize steel. Roll axis
This machine adopts high strength steel 40CR and using heat treatment. The design of bearing is roller bearing and the both end axle nut is design to be positive and negative teeth.During the rolling process, the nut will became more tightened,and it will insure thepositioning accuracy of roll axis,and increase the life of parts. Molding method
The machine formed using cold pier type, firstly roll forming then cold piper. It can made the roll forming full with every corner of the material and made the geometry regular and made the angle clear. Shearing process
Shear mold: the use of hydraulic cutting mold,it can insure the material doesn't deformation. Equipment adjustment Horizontal roller
The roll steel is base on the left fix nut of horizontal roller,and during roll forming the centure of horizontal roller always doesn't change.
