01 Head assembly machine

The cylinder liner head assembly machine is used for the assembly of the liner tube section and the head.

The cylinder liner head assembly machine adopts a symmetrical structure, and it consists of three parts: the cylinder section clamping round mechanism, the front head positioning and advancing mechanism, and the rear head positioning and advancing mechanism.



The cylinder section clamping and full circle mechanism is composed of a frame, front and rear sliding blocks, and a front and rear clamping mechanism. The frame spans the workpiece. After the workpiece is fed in, the front and rear sliding blocks move toward the center of the cylinder section and move to the two cylinder sections. After the port, the clamping mechanism installed on the front and rear slider clamps the front and rear ports of the barrel section respectively. Because the inner diameter of the clamping mechanism is made according to the outer diameter of the barrel section, the opening of the barrel section has a full circle under the clamping force effect.

The front head positioning and advancing mechanism and the rear head positioning and advancing mechanism are mechanisms with the same function and structure, and are symmetrically arranged at both ends of the cylinder section.

The head positioning and pushing mechanism is composed of a removable profiling positioning block, a clamping mechanism, a turning mechanism, a sliding block, a guide rail, a pushing mechanism and a base.
