controller for automatic temperature control. The temperature
controller can set the temperature for automatic temperature control. In
addition, it can centrally control the start-up of the combustion
supporting fan, the fast switching valve of the gas main, and the fault
alarm of each zone of the burner.
The on-site ignition control system and automatic temperature
control system are combined to achieve ignition, flame detection,
flameout protection and alarm, precise air-fuel ratio, and continuous
automatic temperature control. To achieve safety and reliability,
environmental protection and energy saving, high-precision temperature
control, the system can ensure that the burner operates at its optimal
state for different process curves and loading capacities, and make the
actual temperature curve and theoretical process curve consistent.
