Solar Water Heater Production Line Heat Pump Enamel Tank Production Line manufacturing process

Solar water heater production line is special equipment for making solar water heaters, electric water heaters, air source, water barrels, etc. Solar water heater machine line includes pressurized and non-pressurized solar water heater production lines for different solar water heater customers. Solar water heater machines main producing process: inner tank solar water heater machinery line, outer tank solar water heater machinery line, dish cover making machine, polyurethane foaming machine, automatic packing and cleaning line, electrostatic spraying machine, etc.Equipment is made of steel plate, special steel and other materials after heat treatment and machining process, etc.

Specification

It is mainly composed of supporting rollers, seat bearings, roller couplings, conductive devices, drive reduction systems and protective covers. 

 

The support roller is welded with a 45thick-walled seamless steel pipe and a 45support shaft. After welding, the outer cylindrical surface is processed after quenching and tempering. Since the user's workpiece is made of stainless steel, in order to prevent carbon steel from contaminating the user's workpiece, the roller with a 2mm thick 304 stainless steel is wrapped on the outer cylindrical surface. The stainless steel is wrapped by segmented welding. After wrapping, the coaxiality and roundness of the roller are guaranteed by processing.

 

The left and right rollers of the long-axis roller frame are equipped with a set of conductive mechanisms, which are composed of conductive copper rods, insulating bakelite and springs. The conductive mechanism and the bracket are insulated with insulating bakelite to prevent overcurrent through the bearings and damage to the components. The conductive capacity of the conductive mechanism is 1000A. See schematic diagram 4 of the scheme

The drive reduction system is used for the left and right synchronous drive of the rollers. The drive system is composed of an AC variable frequency motor, a worm reducer, a connecting shaft, a coupling, etc. See schematic diagram 5 of the power distribution scheme of the drive reduction system

 
 

2.Air pressure automatic Inner tank strength machine

Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance
 
The upper and lower flanges of the KD pneumatic abrasive valve are both DN25 standard flanges (GB/9113). The upper flange is connected to the sand tank, and the lower flange is connected to the three-way sand blasting pipe.
 
After the valve is installed, compressed air at 0.5 – 0.7 MPa is connected to the cylinder of the abrasive valve. The built-in strong spring is compressed, causing the valve to open. The flow rate of the abrasive material can be controlled manually by adjusting the handwheel. The flow rate increases when turned counterclockwise and decreases when turned clockwise. If the abrasive material flow rate is still insufficient, the pneumatic adjustment bolt can be adjusted in the same way until production requirements are met.
 
In daily production, if sand blockage occurs, the manual adjustment handwheel and the pneumatic adjustment bolt can be turned counterclockwise to the maximum. If blockage continues, the abrasive valve must be disassembled for manual cleaning.
 
After long-term use, the built-in rubber valve core will age and wear and requires replacement. First turn the manual adjustment handwheel and pneumatic adjustment bolt counterclockwise to the maximum. Then connect compressed air to the cylinder to compress the strong spring. Remove the upper and lower valve body fastening bolts, separate the valve bodies, take out the worn valve core and install a new one. Finally reassemble the abrasive valve by following the steps in reverse order.

3.Automatic Outer Tank Cover Edge Cutting and Flanging Machine for Solar Powered Water Heater

Used to prevent the workpiece from being tangled at one end of the rotation and to bear the axial force of the workpiece when the workpiece is aligned, the stopper wheel is composed of a stopper wheel bracket, a roller, a bearing, etc. The roller is made of 45 seamless steel pipe, welded and tempered, and then finely machined on the outer cylindrical surface. Since the user's workpiece is made of stainless steel, in order to prevent carbon steel from contaminating the user's workpiece, the roller with the outer cylindrical surface machined is wrapped with 2mm thick 304 stainless steel. After the wrapping is completed, the coaxiality and roundness of the roller are ensured by processing.

Welding travel carriage parts: use 110V DC 24W permanent magnet servo motor as the tool of driven. By the two stage turbine vortex rod can reduce speed to obtain a smooth and continuously adjustable speed. The drive with arbitrarily adjustment of the welding torch can uniform arc movement. Before the formal welding, the welding torch is over welding seam 0.8-1.0mm, consistent with the level (can adjustable "adjusting bolt", carefully corrected, and tighten the lower mold).

Technical Specifications

It adopts a vertical movement form for the shotgun, with accurate positioning and no misalignment phenomenon.
 
The workpiece is vertically positioned, effectively saving the equipment height space, with good rigidity, and the shot can flow out easily.
 
It uses a four-gun-two-tank continuous shot peening machine, with a small equipment volume and strong jet force.
 
 
 Blasting Chamber Body 
This chamber body mainly consists of a steel structure chamber and a sealing device. The chamber is supported by steel plate supports and has a vertical box-like structure. It fits well with the spray gun support, enabling the inner tank of the water heater to rotate in a nearly enclosed space for cleaning.
 
Note: Since it is for cleaning the inner wall, the chamber does not need to have excellent sealing properties. The back of the chamber is equipped with a dust removal settling chamber and a dust removal opening. The dust generated during the blasting process can be sucked away by the dust removal system; the interior of the chamber is in a slight negative pressure state, effectively preventing dust from spilling out.
