03 Cut to length machinery line main specification:
1. Leveling speed: 0-60m/min.

04 Cut to length machinery line specification:
1.Paper wrapping machine
1) Operation function: use for collecting packing paper in coil. When need collection paper, put paper tube and turn over several circles.
2)Structure: double saddle steel welded. Controlled by motor, the supporting axis is expanding axis.
2.arrying coil car:
1) Carrying coil car,V type lift,lifting oil cylinder,lifting guide rod.
2)Horizontal movement is powered by motor
3)Use for lifting and Horizontal movement.It is convenient to guide into expanding reel of decoiler,V type uses hydraulic moving to lift,Horizontal movement is powered by motor,car operates on the assistant operation.
3.Hydraulic single arm decoiler:
1)Form by bracket,guide seat,hydraulic expanding axis ,hydraulic oil cylinder ,30KW D.C. motor and so on.
2)Axis structure: form by 4 pieces of wedge slider.Reel is hydraulic powered and expands coil.
3)Decoiler has DC motor so that it could decoil with pinching machine, and avoid spreading because of rotated inertia. Decoiler uses pneumatic disc type brake to work with follow-up machine line speed and have fast brake when outage.
4)Decoiler has fixed pressing fitting, pressing wheel has PU notch so that convenient to pull out packing band and decoil.Pressing wheel is controlled by oil cylinder to lift.
5)Expanding range:Φ470mm~Φ530mm
4.Feeding guide plate:
1)Form by flexible feeding guide plate with driving cylinder.
2)Assist decoiling and sending material so the head of coil could enter into straightener.Guiding plate extends and lifts to a suitable place, guiding head of coil.Plate lifting and stretching is driven by oil cylinder.
5.Pinch fitting & four reforming of leveling machine:
1)A pair of pinch roller,synchronous improving mechanism,universal coupling
2)Taking the head of coil into straighter,pinching power is guided from cardan shaft by straighter gear distribution box ,below roller is fixed,upper roller is powered by oil cylinder
3)Base frame,bracket,upper beam,roller(19 pieces),roller gap adjustment.Rollers(Ø84mm) use surface hardening,chrome plated
4)Supporting bracket,supporting roller seat and adjustment mechanism
5) DC motor,reducer,gear distribution box,ratcheting.
6)Leveling machine is four reformed,rollers have two layer(upper 9 pieces,down 10 pieces),supporting rollers have two layer.Adjust upper and down rollers gap through motor.Front and back adjusted quantity is showed by scale gauging.Power by DC motor(fitting with European controller 590),through reducer,gear distribution box and ratcheting to make every roller work positive,driving with infinitive speed,make use of photo-electric controlling in looping table to make change of high and low speed.
7)Main motor power:DC 90kw.
6.Looping table:
1)Plate of looping table,oil cylinder,system of photo-electric,looper and so on.
2)Eliminate the different running speed between front and back machine,guide the departure coil,at the beginning of guiding, let the looping table up,guide the head of coil through it. Normal processing,let the looping table down, the coil fall down into the looper through arc transition surface. Looper has photo-electric fitting to control high and low speed, and make sure storage content.
7.Side guiding:
1)Side guiding form by 6 pieces vertical roller, 4 pieces supporting rollers, adjust rod.
2)Avoid departure of coil,guide coil into correct sizing mechanism.Both sides have vertical rollers fixed on slider,adjust the width through hand wheel to suit for different width of coil. Vertical roller(40Cr surface hardening)

8.Servo sizing finishing machine (Laminating fitting):
1) Two pairs of pinching rollers and gap adjust fitting.
2) Digital actuating motor,distribution box,universal coupling.Motor power:15kw.
3)Function:pinch coil accurately according to setting length,two pairs of pinching rollers are powered by AC servo motor,set length on the operation panel. AC servo motor is controlled by digital servo system to make accurate sizing and feeding
4)Leveling roller(upper 2 pieces,down 3 pieces),gap adjustment fitting,roller diameter:Ф132mm;whole tempering,surface quenching,chrome plating.Gear distribution box,universal coupling
5)Leveling coil secondly.Assist pinching and sizing,leveling roller is powered by gear distribution box through universal coupling.Adjust upper and down rollers gap. Infinitively speed adjustment.
6)Covering membrane to coil according to request, complete by two-pinching rollers pressing when covering
7)Laminating fitting laying membrane axis is air expanding and use special unfolded roller with pinching rollers. It could let membrane cover on steel plate uniformly.
9.Hydraulic shearing machine:
Form by bracket, driving synchronous mechanism, guiding, pressing mechanism, upper & down tool apron and blade.
Function:shear accurately with whole line controlling.Use digital under-cutting hydraulic shearing machine,shearing machine has a single hydraulic station
10.Conveyer:
Form by convey bracket, convey belt, driving roller, expanding roller
Function:taking leveled cutting coil into back fitting,convey speed is adjusted by frequency conversion speed regulatio
11.Material laminated fitting:
Structure:form by laminating bracket, front and back side-fende, lifting platform, discharging car.
Lifting platform rise material falling machine,four sides fendes flap to make sure plate neat.Discharging car carry out the plate smoothly.
Length adjustment:MIN 500mm;MAX 4000mm.
Width adjustment:MIN 400mm,MAX 1500mm.
Both sides pushing plate and back fende of collecting bracket is controlled by cylinder to make stack neat.
Lifting platform is controlled by hydraulic controller,when steel plate higher, it will decline.
Discharging car takes neat stacking steel plate to loading area.Power by A.C reduced motor,control by positioned switch.
