The solar water heater cnc move working table equipment uses a 7.5-inch touch color screen operation and PCL control system. The operation is simpler, safe, efficient, save materials, easy to operation and maintenance, etc. It also can greatly improve production efficiency, and the rate of saving materials reach to 5%-3%,reduce labor intensity, own a fundamental guarantee for the operation safety of workers. The type of high-technical machine have more functions such as automatic programming, processing, intelligent optimization design and so on. It can be used by matching different specifications punch machine such as 16T,25T,40T.

2.Air pressure automatic Inner tank strength machine

The equipment is suitable for some industries just like the solar water heater, the water tank and production of cooling-plate strengthen, it is easy to operation. This equipment is used in 31omm diameter workpiece above the water tank, and length can be adjusted. The thickness of plate of equipment is under 1.5mm. Rolled steel can adjustable, especially the type C of rolled steel, and it can be positioning. This is not only you ideal choice, but also the essential device to strengthen the tank.

Product Features:

The equipment adopts steel plate and special steel through welding and treatment, then it is made through lots of fabrication procedure.

Starting transmission adopts 380V electric power, deceleration machine through the transmission shaft. The equipment uses compressed air as fluctuation tight power to adjust air pressure 0.45MPa.

The equipment is manual operation.

 

3.Automatic Outer Tank Cover Edge Cutting and Flanging Machine for Solar Powered Water Heater

Automatic outer tank cover edge cutting and flanging machine is used for making solar water outer tank, such as outer tank cutting, flanging.
