Product Description:
01 LNG cylinder vacuum system
The internal heating and vacuuming system is mainly used for heating and vacuuming the interlayer of LNG cylinders for automobiles. The internal heating system is used to heat the inner bladder of the LNG cylinder to a certain temperature, and the heat is achieved through hot air exchange. The gas cylinder uses an external electric heater to generate heat, and the hot air is heated by a fan into the inner liner of the gas cylinder. In the vacuum heating and degassing process of the system, a multi-stage vacuum system composed of molecular pumps and Rhodes pumps is used to vacuum heating and degassing low-temperature containers to ensure the degassing during the vacuum heating and degassing of LNG cylinders for automobiles.

03 Vacuum pumping unit system for LNG cylinder vacuum system
The internal heating system is composed of a fan, an electric heater, a hot air hose, a gas cylinder interface, etc. Each vacuum system includes 12 internal heating systems, and each internal heating system can heat 3 LNG gas cylinders at the same time.
The internal heating system directly collects the air in the workshop after filtering and heating it into the inside of the cylinder, and uses hot air to heat the inner tank of the LNG cylinder. The hot air is directly discharged to the workshop without circulation; the heater adopts gear control and the heating power can be adjusted. The vacuum system is equipped with 3 detection points to detect the temperature of the hot air discharged from the inner bladder of the gas cylinder, which is used to adjust the heater gear.
The internal heating system is a 24-hour continuous working system.
04 Vacuum bracket for LNG cylinder vacuum system
Including roots pumps, rotary vane pumps, molecular pumps, angle valves, gauges, replacement electric furnaces, push-pull valves, stainless steel pipes and other main components.
Need to be equipped with a water cooling system for the vacuum unit
- It can provide sufficient water cooling flow for the Roots pump set and molecular pump of this set of equipment.
- Ensure that the temperature of the cooling water is 20±5°C.
- The cooling water pipe of molecular pump is set separately, which can be separated from the cooling water pipe of mechanical pump

Detailed machine parameters of LNG cylinder machinery production line
The electrical control objects are: the valves and pumps of the internal heating system and the vacuum system.
The equipment is uniformly monitored and controlled by the PLC system, which can not only realize the simultaneous vacuuming of 36 stations, but also connect to the leak detector to realize the leak detection of each station.
The system has functions of work safety protection and pressure safety protection, and displays the real-time status of the system to prevent misoperation.
The main pipe and the exhaust port of the molecular pump are equipped with vacuum gauges, which can display the vacuum degree in real time, and automatically protect the molecular pump when the vacuum degree at the inlet and outlet of the molecular pump is unqualified.
