LNG cylinder vacuum system:
The internal heating and vacuuming system is mainly used for heating and vacuuming the interlayer of LNG cylinders for automobiles. The internal heating system is used to heat the inner bladder of the LNG cylinder to a certain temperature, and the heat is achieved through hot air exchange. The gas cylinder uses an external electric heater to generate heat, and the hot air is heated by a fan into the inner liner of the gas cylinder. In the vacuum heating and degassing process of the system, a multi-stage vacuum system composed of molecular pumps and Rhodes pumps is used to vacuum heating and degassing low-temperature containers to ensure the degassing during the vacuum heating and degassing of LNG cylinders for automobiles.
