Technical Services:

1. Our company dispatches skilled and competent technicians to the construction site to provide technical services to the buyer. Our company's technical services comply with the terms of the contract.

2. The buyer shall provide free working conditions and convenience for the seller's technical personnel, including but not limited to necessary office space, technical materials, and access permits. Unless otherwise specified in the special contract terms, the transportation and accommodation expenses of our technical personnel shall be borne by our company.

Technical Specifications

Our technical personnel shall comply with the various rules and regulations and safety operation procedures of the buyer's construction site, and obey the buyer's on-site management.

If any technical personnel are unqualified, the buyer has the right to request the seller to replace them, and the expenses incurred due to the replacement shall be borne by our company. Our company may also replace its technical personnel at our own expense, provided that it does not affect the technical services and with the buyer's consent.

Equipment acceptance:

The supplier shall conduct a comprehensive inspection of the product and compile a list of acceptance documents before delivery, which shall serve as the technical basis for the buyer's acceptance and use. The inspection results shall be delivered to the buyer along with the equipment. During equipment acceptance, the supplier shall conduct on-site acceptance of the equipment delivered by the purchaser in accordance with the technical specifications requirements in the bidding documents, the Technical Agreement, and relevant national standards. If the performance meets the technical requirements, the supplier shall sign for it.  

The engineering and technical personnel of the supplier shall install and debug the equipment at the installation location designated by the demander, and conduct trial welding of the workpiece. The welding test shall be provided by the demander with the most commonly used specifications of the workpiece. After the workpiece assembly and surface condition are good, the welding material and protective gas condition are good, and the welding inspection is qualified, both parties shall sign the "Final Acceptance Minutes".
