Its' function is to get bright and clean surface with certain roughness, while coating the surface, it can improve the adhesion on the surface of the paint film, and improve the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders. Composed of rack, feeding device, irrigation, pressure compression and pressure maintaining, drainage device, water tank, pressure cylinder, electric control parts of the machine adopt centralized control with cabinet control, stations can be selected. This zinc production line is used for zinc metalizing of LPG cylinder surface. It composed of electric arc spraying machine, spraying torch automatic mechanism, work piece automatic transfer and rotation speed change mechanism, spraying room, vacuum cleaner, electronic control parts. It makes melting metal zinc wire atomization with jet stream, using arc as heat source. it's the technology that spraying to LPG cylinder surface with high speed. This machine make 3 sets or several sets arc spraying machines combine together, spaying the zinc to one LPG cylinder from different sides, with 3pcs or several pieces spraying torch.
