Equipment structure
The Horizontal Circumferential Seam Welding Machine features a robust and precision-engineered structure tailored for automated circumferential welding of cylindrical workpieces (e.g., pipes, tanks, pressure vessels). Its core components include a heavy-duty horizontal bed frame, ensuring stable load-bearing and minimal vibration during high-temperature welding processes. The machine integrates a programmable rotary workpiece fixture with adjustable clamping force, accommodating various diameters and wall thicknesses while maintaining concentricity for uniform weld seams. A traversing welding torch assembly-equipped with a linear guide rail system and micro-adjustment mechanisms-enables precise control over welding speed, torch angle, and arc length, supporting multiple welding methods (MIG, TIG, SAW) based on material requirements (steel, stainless steel, aluminum). Additionally, the structure incorporates an intelligent control panel with human-machine interface (HMI), facilitating parameter setting, process monitoring, and data logging. Safety features such as emergency stop buttons, protective enclosures, and overheat protection are integrated into the design to ensure operational reliability.
