The Main Process Action:
The machine has a "jog, semi-automatic" two way process
Semi-automatic process by:
Rapid slide down - slow down the pressure slider - slider holding pressure - relief - the slider return - top of the cylinder to move the top - the top of the stop (manual take Pei) - return the cylinder to move the top - manual feed - hands button to enter the next cycle.
The Main Components:
Three beams HT250 castings, columns, piston rod 45 #, IF surface hardening, forging cylinder 45 #
