3.1  Feeding trolley
The feeding trolley is composed of a chassis and a carrier frame. The four wheels of the chassis are mounted on two rails and driven by a large reduction ratio motor and chain drive. The feeding frame is driven up and down by an oil cylinder. The speed of lifting and moving of the trolley table can be controlled by adjusting the throttle valve of the oil route.
The feeding trolley cannot bear too much impact force. When feeding, the trolley must be raised to lift the coil material. It is forbidden to directly lift the coil material onto the trolley.

3.4  7 roll destress straightener
The straightener plays the role of traction and de-stress straightening on the production line. 3.6  1#Looper
The looper is used to release the rigidity of the strip. The looper pit of 3200mm×4.5m can fully release the rigidity of the strip, which is convenient for the follow-up correction device to accurately guide the strip direction; at the same time, it buffers the speed difference between the two equipment before and after; during the winding process In the middle, the looper can also accommodate the sheet material hysteresis length error caused by the difference in winding tightness. 3.7  Rectifying Device
The rectifying device is provided with two sets of rectifying rollers on both sides of the plate width, which are supported on movable sliding seat. When the width of the plate changes, the sliding seat is driven by the adjusting screw, so that both sides of the rectifying roller against the edge of the plate, guide the feeding direction, so as to align with the longitudinal shear disc blade, and prevent the plate in the shear process of the left and right deviation.
The rectifying device is a manual hand wheel screw, which can be independently adjusted on one side.

3.8  Slitting machine
The longitudinal shears are composed of upper and lower cutter shafts with cutter discs, fixed supports and movable supports, spacing adjustment mechanism of cutter shafts, transmission system and so on.The upper and lower cutter shafts are respectively installed on the movable slider and fixed support. The movable slider is driven up and down by the motor via the worm gear and worm lift to change the distance between the two cutter shafts (i.e., the amount of overlapping blades).
The longitudinal shear disc blade is serially sleeved on the cutter shaft together with the spacer sleeve and the elastic ring, and is locked by the shaft end nut.
Both upper and lower cutter shafts rotate actively, and the rotary support is equipped with high-precision machine tool spindle bearing. The cutter shafts run smoothly and have high rotary accuracy.
In order to load and unload the cutter disc and replace the spacer sleeve to meet the shear of the strip of different widths, point the oil cylinder of the movable support, the oil cylinder can move the movable support together with the inner sleeve of the bearing from the movable end of the cutter shaft along the guide rail of the bed, so as to remove the nut, it is convenient to install and dismantle the cutter disc and spacer sleeve.

3.10  2#Looper

3.13 Winding supporting

 3.16 Electrical control system
The production line adopts three-phase five-wire system ac 380V power supply, the voltage fluctuation of the power grid should not exceed 10% plus or minus, and the control power supply is ac 220V and dc 24V.
PLC is used to collect signals (switch, dc governor, encoder, etc.) distributed throughout the site, and centralized programming control.
The production line takes full account of man-machine safety and adopts reliable protective measures to prevent misoperation. In case of emergency, the power supply can be cut off as soon as possible. Emergency stop button is set on each control platform.
AC controller is used to drive seven rollers of stress straightener, longitudinal shear machine and winding machine to run at speed.The speed can be manually adjusted.
