Solar water heater production line is special equipment for making solar water heaters, electric water heaters, air source, water barrels, etc. Solar water heater machine line includes pressurized and non-pressurized solar water heater production lines for different solar water heater customers. Solar water heater machines main producing process: inner tank solar water heater machinery line, outer tank solar water heater machinery line, dish cover making machine, polyurethane foaming machine, automatic packing and cleaning line, electrostatic spraying machine, etc.Equipment is made of steel plate, special steel and other materials after heat treatment and machining process, etc.

Working environment

The equipment should be placed in a place without any explosive or corrosive industrial gas, water vapor, salt spray or chemical deposits that may cause serious harm or affect the normal use of the equipment, and should be away from places with severe vibration and bumps.

The horizontal cylinder assembly tool uses two long-axis rollers and a mobile assembly machine to complete the workpiece assembly operation. The tool is mainly composed of an equipment base, a long-axis roller frame, a fixed stop wheel, a mobile assembly machine, a hydraulic system and a complete machine control system.

1. Equipment base:

The frame structure welded by steel and sheet metal ensures good rigidity and stability of the equipment in working state. (See scheme diagram 2)

The overall length of the base is about 15m. For easy transportation, the base adopts a two-section design, and the connection is bolted. The connection between the base and the ground is equipped with connecting bolt holes and leveling threaded holes to facilitate the installation and leveling of the equipment.

A row of round holes is set in the center of the steel web on both sides of the base for the pin fixation of the mobile assembly machine. The upper surface of the base is processed with a mounting surface for the installation of the roller frame and the drive reducer.

The long-axis roller frame is a displacement device that uses the friction between two long-axis rollers and the workpiece to drive the workpiece to rotate. It is suitable for the assembly of thin-walled, small-diameter, multi-barrel welded parts and spot welding of annular seams. It is mainly composed of equipment base, long-axis roller frame, fixed stopper, mobile assembly machine, circumferential clamping device, hydraulic system and whole machine control system. (See scheme diagram 1)
