MIG welding process is adopted, and 98%Ar+2%02 mixed gas is selecte as the shielding gas. 2.5-5.0mm MIG welding single-sided welding
double-sided forming at one time; equipped with Austrian Fronius company TPS5000 digital MIG/MAG pulse Automatic welding machine
(including welding power supply, wire feeder and cable, etc.).

When the workpiece assembly and surface are in good condition, the welding material and the shielding gas are in good condition,
the weld reinforcement is within the range of 0-2.5mm. The one-time pass rate of welding is greater than or equal to 90%,
the appearance is beautiful and the surface is free of defects.
