The trolley locking device is mainly composed of two small cylinders, a conical pin and a control valve. The device is mainly used to lock the moving group to the machine position and withstand the reaction force when pressing the workpiece.
The position stop principle between the locking mechanism and the pin hole is: a stop sensor is installed on the mobile trolley, and a stop contact is installed every 300mm on the equipment base. When the trolley moves a long distance, the sensor is in a closed state, and the trolley can move to any position.
The upper and lower lifting mechanism of the top pressure mechanism is mainly composed of columns, upper and lower slides, guide wheels, lifting hydraulic cylinders and their control valves. This mechanism is used to adjust the top pressure of workpieces with different diameters. The sliding surfaces of the mechanism are all equipped with guide wheels to ensure smooth sliding without jamming.
