· Scope of application:
1. This equipment is specially used for the longitudinal
seam welding of the outer tank of LNG welding insulated
gas cylinder.
2. Workpiece material: austenitic stainless steel.
3. Workpiece thickness: 2.5mm~6.0mm.
4. Weld joint form: I-type butt joint.
5. Diameter range: φ508mm~φ758mm.

·Welding process and equipment characteristics:
1. Operation mode: simultaneous welding with two guns, single operation.
2. Equipment jacking pressure: not less than 3 tons (adjustable jacking pressure).

4. Workpiece placement method: the welding torch is fixed and the work piece rotates.

·Process flow:
Feeding → lotion ultrasonic cleaning → spray rinsing → city water bubbling rinsing → hot air drying → unloading
·Device description:
The cleaning machine is a fully automatic cleaning equipment. The cleaning process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) microcomputer. It is made of 1 set of ultrasonic cleaning tank made of 304 stainless steel, 1 set of spray rinsing tank made of 304 stainless steel, and 1 set A continuous working cleaning system composed of a liquid storage tank and a set of hot-air cutting water tanks.

Automatic pressure test system
· Equipment usage:
The automatic pressure test system is used to test the pressure of the inner liner of LNG gas cylinders.
·Equipment description:
The system is divided into 2 groups, each group can be connected to 6 gas cylinders, and each group can fill part of the high-pressure gas that has completed the gas pressure test into the other group of gas cylinders to be tested. The high-pressure gas adopts manual switch.
