Solar water heater production line is special equipment for making solar water heaters, electric water heaters, air source, water barrels, etc. Solar water heater machine line includes pressurized and non-pressurized solar water heater production lines for different solar water heater customers. Solar water heater machines main producing process: inner tank solar water heater machinery line, outer tank solar water heater machinery line, dish cover making machine, polyurethane foaming machine, automatic packing and cleaning line, electrostatic spraying machine, etc.Equipment is made of steel plate, special steel and other materials after heat treatment and machining process, etc.

Specification

Equipped with a temperature module to display and control the 
temperature, with PID proportional adjustment for heating. The furnace 
temperature control adopts Japan's Shimada Electric/Shimada Tong/Fuji 
intelligent instruments. The firing furnace is divided into four zones for 
temperature control, with a temperature control range of room 
temperature to 880 (overheating is strictly prohibited) 

Manual and automatic switching: The system can achieve manual 
and automatic switching through a switch. When in manual mode, 
operate by pressing the physical knob on the electrical control cabinet; 
During automatic control, operate through the corresponding screen on 
the touch screen; Users can choose the appropriate operation method 
according to their own situation.which regulates the timing and combustion intensity of each burner to achieve precise and stable temperature control.
 
 
 
 
 

2.Air pressure automatic Inner tank strength machine

The distance between the electrical control cabinet and the firing 
room should not exceed 5 meters to save cable costs and reduce line 
losses.

Basic installation requirements 

The equipment installation foundation, including the foundation, gas, 
electrical and control cabinet connection cables, and control cabinet and 
equipment connection cables, shall be constructed and equipped by the purchaser according to the supplier's requirements. 

The power required for equipment operation and the triangular hook 
shall be provided by the purchaser. 

The auxiliary materials required for equipment operation shall be 
provided by the purchaser. 

The fire-fighting equipment shall be provided by the purchaser. 

The trial operation and other facilities such as spare parts shall be 
provided by the purchaser. 

The supplier assists the demander in product process debugging.

Welding travel carriage parts: use 110V DC 24W permanent magnet servo motor as the tool of driven. By the two stage turbine vortex rod can reduce speed to obtain a smooth and continuously adjustable speed. The drive with arbitrarily adjustment of the welding torch can uniform arc movement. Before the formal welding, the welding torch is over welding seam 0.8-1.0mm, consistent with the level (can adjustable "adjusting bolt", carefully corrected, and tighten the lower mold).

Technical Specifications

The lifting and lowering of the mechanical arm are controlled by buttons. 

The main pneumatic components of this equipment adopt SMC or 
Taiwan AIRTAC products, including precision pressure reducing valves; 
accessories such as air cylinders, on-off valves and air pipe joints adopt 
Taiwan AIRTAC brand. 
Joint bearings are all selected from brands such as HALOWA to ensure 
flexibilityjection, enabling thorough mixing and rapid combustion to effectively prevent flame backfire.
