This machine is used for combination of LPG cylinder upper and lower dish ends. Ensure combination concentricity and assembling clearance of upper and lower dish ends, LPG cylinder welding seam quality. It's very important to improve productivity, decrease labor intensity.

02 LPG cylinder circular seam automatic welding machine


Pneumatic loading and unloading, mechanical trail, frequency control, selected with Lincoln MAG pulsed power supply, or MZ power to match. High welding quality, no splash. Convenient and simple operation, welding condition can be
adjusted flexibly, can proceed different welding condition. One person can operate two sets machines, it's the ideal machine for LPG cylinder manufacturing.

with high accuracy. Blanking die can realize double or three blanking. The material of die is Cr12Mov, processed by vacuum
