1.Introduction
Automatic Transformer Coil Winding Production line is a foil coil winding system which is applicable for the transformer and electrical appliance industry.
The transformer foil coils take copper or aluminum foil tapes as the conductors with different thicknesses, with layer insulation by wideband-shaped insulating materials and end insulation by narrowband-shaped insulating materials; the winding is completed by the foil winding machine to form a roll-shaped coil. Meanwhile, the inner and outer leads welding and outer surface binding of the coil are completed. The double-layer foil winding machine can use narrow foil strips to splice wide foil coil; the thin foil strips can also be wound into thick foil coil in two layers. The functions of the equipment provide sufficient support for the production of foil coils that meet the specifications. This machine is necessary device for the production of such electrical product parts.
