Introduction
It adopts a cantilever single column structure, which is mainly composed of a bed, a pneumatic keyboard-type clamp, a beam guide, a mandrel, an electric carriage, a welding gun pneumatic lifting mechanism, a welding torch three-dimensional adjustment mechanism, a pneumatic system and an electrical control system. The PLC control is accurate. The welding motor is driven by the traveling motor to move the carriage and guide rail in a straight line. Pneumatic keyboard-type clamps and copper pads ensure uniform pressure, heat dissipation is fast and uniform, and the back of the weld is beautifully formed.
